Here is a necklace I made this weekend. I was inspired but a necklace on the JCrew website (I actually think the model is wearing 3 separate necklaces).
I started with one of my Grandma's old necklaces that was a silver chain & pearls. I added gold chain, odds & ends of beads, a broken earring, buttons, more pearls & a double sided satin ribbon.
Here is what I came up with.
